On Wednesday, October 21, 2026 the House Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Local Government Taxation, Funding, and Budgeting met for their fourth hearing in Perry, Georgia. The Agenda, similar to their first three meetings, included speakers primarily focused on benefiting government. Today's agenda listed 19 potential speakers - 12 from government, 3 non-profit business or foundation, 3 for-profit business, and me (self-appointed representative of the citizens). The meeting was scheduled for four hours, 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, after 3:20 minutes of government testimony, I hurridly presented the following without the opportunity for questions.
